paano mag log in as an admin sa router ng globe wireless broadband na WiMAX BM625 kasi may gusto akong baguhin sa configuration nila kasi felling ko mababa yung bigay nilang downlink saka uplink nila sa akin Cry Cry :'(patulong naman po plssssssssssssssss.......parang awa niyo na.

Bakit nasabi mong mababa yong binigay sayo?

Hindi naman seguro gagawin nila yan kasi binayaran mo yan. Seguro mahina lang talaga.

kasi ok naman yung signal ko 98% naman minsan nga nagiging 100% pa eh kasi yung globe wireless broadband diba 1mbps yung speed nila kaya lang kahit anong test ko ng speed ko naglalaro lang yung speed ko sa 400kbps pababa syempre ang laki ng nawawalang speed yung binabayaran ko hanggang 1mbps tapos parang smart lang yung ibibigay nilang speed sa akin kaya nga gusto kong mapasok yung router nila as an admin para makita ko yung configuration nila

Para malaman yong password ng router. Tingnan mo yong manual andon yong kasagotan.

Pwede ba namin malaman kung matagal ka na bang subscriber ng Globe. Matagal ka na bang subscriber? days pa ba or months na?

magtithree months na yung nasa manual ng router na nasa akin pang user lang yung password na nandun eh wala dun yung sa admin

I don't see any problem with your problem wlson14. It just the signal is quite low. Discover is right, ISP won't swindle their customers since this is a business. Call their office and ask for queries why is it like that.

hindi ko lang po alam kasi ilang beses na ako tumatawag sa kanila halos araw-araw ng tumatawag ako eh kasi ako nalang ang nakaayos pansamantala ng connetion ko eh dahil dati nung first 2 months ng globe ko napaka bagal talaga tapos lagi pang nawawalan ng signal kaya ginawa ko tinaas ko yung antena ko yun medyo gumanda yung signal niya kaya lang parang smartbro na lang yung speed niya around 400 kbps pababa lang yung speed niya ang laki kasi ng nawawalang speed eh sayang yung bibabayad ko

You don't need to configure the network device. That's normal for a wireless connection since before until now. You may want to read their FAQ. All your queries are already there. So try to read it.

nabasa ko na yun kaya lang feeling ko parang ganito lang din yung sa smartbro ko nung first 6 months niya napaka pangit din ng connection halos araw-araw tumatawag din ako sabi nila may sira daw yung pinagkukuhanan ko ng signal sa kanila yung baystation ba yun?..tapos nung bibuksan namin yung canopy nung akin nakita ko dun na napakabagal ng binigay nilang speed sakinyung downlink and uplink nilagay nila 250 lang dapat 500 yun eh kaya lang naayos yung sa smartbro ko kaya feeling ko itong globe na to ganun din

Try to call their office and ask your queries regarding the username and password of your WiMAX BM625 or check the manual. I think the globe tech are the only one who knows the user and pass of your device. The manual should work unless the change something.

wilson heto konting tip hope this will help
globebroadband wireless user din ako then 1mbps din kuha. at first naglalaro lang sa 200-400kbps [txtspk] speed so ayaw na namin tawagan [txtspk] globe kasi lagi lang nakaschedule wala namang dumadating. ang ginawa namin inikot lang namin [txtspk] antenna.. hanggang sa nakakuha kami ng magandang signal. ngayon 1.01-1.06mbps ang nakukuha namin.. kung mababa antenna mo dagdagan mo unti bago mo ikotin...
