well, here's my insider information

yep there's a 3GB bandwidth cap per month, but their redemption comes in their 1AM-7AM 'cap-free' time frame daily so you dont use up your 3GB bandwidth

you just have to reschedule your PTP/limewire/torrents/leecher programs to do it within this time frame

3gb cap in a 4g network?
i can download ~1gb data in about 1-2 hours via prepaid globe 3g in cagayan de oro city-limketkai mall at hours 10am-12noon...

or download 500mb of data over free wifi at sm-cagayan de oro city at hour 10am-11am only, after this hour, hehehe..dial-up speed na lang mga tsong dahil sa dami ng nag-ko-connect...
