Hello carmona, good evening. Smiley

According to this site, sshnas.dll is a component of trojan FakeAlert. The trojan come from malicious websites that ask users to download an Adobe Flash Player update or player needed to view a movie online. The filename of the trojan is flash-HQ-plugin. Once started, the trojan will download and install core components: c.exe, msa.exe and sshnas.dll. When downloaded, it will be configured to start automatically when Windows starts. Trojan FakeAlert may display many popups and fake security alerts, hijack Internet Explorer, disable Windows Task Manager and Registry editor.

To remove the Startup annoying: (Source)
1. Download and install FreeFixer.
2. Launch FreeFixer and start a scan. It should be finished in about five minutes.
3. In the scan result, scroll down to "Registry startups". Locate the following item:

rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\sshnas21.dll,AllocConsoleA

and click its delete checkbox to the left. Don't check anything else for deletion, unless you are 100% positive it is malware.

4. Click Fix.
5. Restart your machine.
6. Start FreeFixer again and run a scan. Verify that sshas21.dll no longer appear anywhere in the scan result.

Did that remove sshas21.dll from your system carmona?

Take care and God bless. Smiley
