it is locked.. i cant change it..

right now, im trying to uninstal and install internet explorer again. think that would help?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the IE won't solve the problem.

To solve the problem, follow the procedure below:
1. Run the Noob Killer.
2. Go to Tools > Internet Explorer Options.
3. Click the Change IE Title Bar Caption. Then type "Internet Explorer" without quotes.
4. Click the Change IE Home\Start Page. Then type "www.google.com" or "www.yahoo.com" without quotes.
5. Click the Enable Internet Options.
6. Restart your computer.
