Ang bigat nyan bro ah...!

I need the space for BD/HD Movies that are streamed on the network (my PC is basically the media server for the other PCs) and i need the speed of the drive access (in RAID0) for faster gaming / HD streaming - hence the need for fast and huge drives.

update

New year, new drives

reoriented my drives with the move to Windows 7 on all rigs

also slowly disposing of Seagate Barracudas in favor of WD Caviars (Black Edition)

Core i7 Rig: Internal: WDC Black 1TB SATA2 (OS/Apps/Games)
                   Internal: Seagate 7200.11 1.5 TB SATA2 (BD/HD Movies)
Internal: Seagate 7200.11 1.5 TB SATA2 (Std. Def or low res movies)
External: WDC Black 1TB on eSATA (Backup drive - Documents,MP3s, Pictures,Personal Stuff)

Core i5 Rig: Internal: WDC Black 1TB SATA (OS/Apps/Games)

Start of Off Topic Segue

- Still thinking if its worth migrating to SSDs for the OS/Apps/Games but still afraid with the current situation regarding wear levelling  of the MLC/SLC flash chips and early failures of current SSDs

End of off topic segue
