Ubuntu 10 made it a little more easier to install applications (without using the terminal). Although, I can't recall if this feature was already introduced with v9.. Anyways, a screenshot (Applications > Ubuntu Software Center):

already finished downloading the x64 and x86 ubuntu 10.04 lts...(in 36 hours for the ~700mb x2 files; mahina ang globe wimax ko, actual dl=~60kbps)

i will test it soon...
