Yeah it's ok to open your laptop johnyimperial if you're expert on that. If not then just let the technician handle that one. Questions: 1. What makes you think that the keyboard is the culprit? 2. When did the issue start occurring? 3. What was the last thing you did before the problem occurred? 4. Have you installed any hardware or software before the problem occurred? 5. What troubleshooting have you done so far? Yeah you to replace the whole keyboard. Better bring that to the computer store let the technician replace the keyboard.
