It could be the metal and wire inside the hole is disconnected, it could be the connector is not properly connected or could be the P4 Connector is shorted.

Na-experience ko na rin yan e. Fan lang ang kinakabit. Di ko alam kung bakit kaya inalis ko na lang. After a few days tinry ko ulit gumana naman. Pwede rin hindi na kaya ng power supply.

ayaw kung isipin na board ang mahal.. wahhhh..

lahat kasi na try kuna palitan e.. yung board nalang saka processor ang hindi.. malamang board na talaga.. lampas isang taon palang yun e. Sad

Latest mobo's are powered by 20+4 main connector and a 12v to 24v rail

Maybe you mistook/interchanged  the main 4 pin connector for the 12v rail

It can't be interchanged. It will fit only where it is supposed to be. Unless it was forced.
